Copyright Policy

The Journal of Social Patterns & Perspectives (JSPP) is committed to promoting the free exchange of scholarly knowledge while protecting the intellectual property rights of its authors. The journal encourages the dissemination of high-quality research that contributes to understanding social structures, behavioural patterns, cultural perspectives, and contemporary societal issues.

Authors retain full copyright of their published articles. Upon acceptance, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right of first publication, allowing JSPP to publish, archive, index, preserve, and distribute the article through its publishing platform and partner indexing services.

Authors are free to:

• Retain complete ownership of their published work.
• Reuse the article in books, dissertations, conference proceedings, and future scholarly works.
• Deposit the published version in institutional repositories, personal websites, and academic networking platforms.
• Share and distribute the published article without requesting permission from the journal, provided proper citation to the original publication is included.
